Michael Antonio opened the scoring for the Hammers, but goals from Ben Chilwell and Kai Havertz confirmed Thomas Tuchel's men's three points. The result puts Chelsea in a much better league position as they move up to fifth place .
What an afternoon it was. Chelsea have taken three important points against West Ham but they are very lucky.
